Olive Kitteridge – Elizabeth Strout

Olive Kitteridge - Elizabeth Strout

Olive Kitteridge - Elizabeth Strout

Who bought it: Me.

What is it: It’s about this retired school teacher, Olive Kitteridge. Maybe it’s about her self-inspection? A review of her life in retrospect?

When: May 20, 2011

Where: Book Sale – SM Mall of Asia

Why: The Pulitzer Prize for Fiction winner two years ago. That’s enough reason for me. I waited two years for this to appear at the shelves of Book Sale for two years. It’s like a dream come true.

How much: Php 115.00

I actually love this book. It is a series of vignettes about people who are in her life. You won’t want to stop reading.
